Thomas Ratcliffe is co-founder, Managing Director and equal shareholder of RP Group. Passionate about property, Tom inherited the family’s entrepreneurial spirit and was destined to work in the property industry. 

Tom trained in Real Estate at Salford University, graduating with 1st Class Honours and scoring the highest marks in his year. He balanced his studies with valuable industry experience and worked for commercial and residential property specialists, such as CBRE and NHR Ltd.

Tom was instrumental in delivering the lauded Swan Green development and is currently working on multiple new projects across the North West. He is also focused on seeking new land opportunities to create valuable blended retail, commercial and residential spaces for local communities.
